You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Interview questions, feedback, and scores are generated by an AI model and are intended for practice purposes only. They do not guarantee any interview or job outcome, and should not be treated as professional career, legal, or psychological advice.
Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the resumes, answers, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing with the Service will result in a successful interview or job offer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Mock Interview is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
